Reserve our clean, full-size gym for practices, games, or community events. We offer a regulation court, seating, restrooms, and on-site parking.

About Our Gym Space

Our gym is a bright, multi-purpose space with high ceilings and durable sport flooring, great for games, youth nights, and community events.

The court area is open and uncluttered, with clear sight lines for coaches and parents, and climate-controlled for year-round comfort.

Just outside the gym you’ll find a simple lobby/check-in area, nearby restrooms, and convenient on-site parking with an accessible entrance.

We can set the space for athletics or social gatherings/ weddings etc.

Open court, rows of chairs, or tables for food etc.

Set-up for Pickleball, Volleyball, or Basketball.

We reserve the right to refuse rental service for any reason

Reservation & access. Your date is held after the deposit and signed agreement. Use only the rooms listed on your agreement; a facility host may be present.

Safety first. Keep exits clear, follow posted capacities, and obey all instructions from our host.

Kids & youth. Children must be supervised at all times. When working with minors, use the two-adult rule and keep interactions in open/observable spaces (no one-on-one).

Decor & setup. No tape that damages paint (painter’s tape only), no nails, glitter/confetti, fog machines, or open flames. All décor must be removed.

Sound & hours. Keep volume at a reasonable level. Events (including cleanup) must end by 11:00 PM.

Clean-up. Your rental time includes setup/tear-down. Sweep floors, bag trash, and place in the [dumpster/location]. Leave the space as you found it.

Damage & liability. Report any damage immediately; renters are financially responsible. Proof of liability insurance may be required for certain events or equipment (e.g., inflatables).

Prohibited. Alcohol, drugs, smoking/vaping, weapons, and pets (service animals welcome).

Emergencies. Call 911, then notify our facility host. First-aid/AED locations are posted.

By renting our gym, you agree to these rules and to follow any additional directions from our staff/host.
